Based on our conversation I help you identify goals to focus on between sessions. I also help you identify potential scenarios that may challenge you in your growth and prepare for them in advance so you can be more successful.

Equipped with this fully personalized approach, you are your own ally, NOT an enemy.  You won't have to struggle against yourself or try to control others in your life to experience growth and peace.  Instead, it will naturally unfold in delightful and empowering ways!

Never done a coaching discovery call before? Here’s how it works. 

  • Click the button to schedule a video call.  You’ll see several time options available; just pick the day and time that works for you. 
  • On the day before your call, I’ll email you a reminder and a link to the video call for our meeting. 
  • On the day of, find yourself a comfy spot–preferably free of distractions, and private enough that you feel comfortable sharing your real thoughts.  
  • Click the video call link (computer and smartphone are both fine) and spend 30 minutes chatting with me. You may have things you want to talk about, but it’s also fine if you don’t know where to start. I’ll have a few prompts ready to get a feel for your current strengths and struggles with growth. 
  • The time flies, but my goal is for you to feel seen, understood, and empowered with at least one useful tool you can implement right away.
